The Robert H.N. Ho Family Foundation and the University of Toronto Scarborough are pleased to present:

Buddhist & Sufi Poetry Reading: poetry readings, musical performances

In cooperation with the Creative Writing Program, this reading will demonstrate the commonalities in these two approaches to poetry, and is coordinated in connection with ENGB60 Poetry and Popular Culture, which has classes focusing on American poet and Buddhist practioner, Allen Ginsberg.

Guest artists include:

  • spoken word artist Sheniz Janmohamed
  • cellist Evan Lamberton
  • percussionist Walter MacLean
  • storyteller Kanwal Rahim
