Advancing International Law in a Global Society: Reconciliation, Participation & Collective Action

Keynote: Prof. Balakrishnan Rajagopal, a leading scholar in the Third World Approaches to International Law network, will deliver the keynote address, with Prof. Umut Özsu, co-founder of the Toronto Group, providing opening remarks.

where: University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, Jackman Building, Room J140 (in the basement)

Panels: Panelists will present on topics such as new forms of adjudication and liability in international law, collisions of international law and state sovereignty, and participation of marginalized groups in the development of international, transnational and comparative law.
