Join us for a workshop discussion of a chapter from Dr. Stefanie Heine’s forthcoming book, Poetics of Breathing (a theoretical investigation of breath as a poetical and compositional force in 20th-century literature)

Stefanie Heine (PhD Comparative Literature, University of Zurich) is the author of Visible Words and Chromatic Pulse: Virginia Woolf’s Writing, Impressionist Painting, Maurice Blanchot’s Image (2014) and co-editor with Sandro Zanetti of Transaktualität: Ästhetische Dauerhaftigkeit und Flüchtigkeit (2017). She is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre for Comparative Literature, University of Toronto.
