 ional cooperation, race and gender issues. She regularly contributes to C
 BC’s Power & Politics and CTV’s PowerPlay and has been published in severa
 l French and English journals, magazines, and newspapers.  Emilie will s
 peak about issues of race, immigration, and anti-Blackness from the Queb
 ec context.The Gray Lecture is an endowed lectureship in the history depar
