Join us for the 2022 R.K. Teetzel Lecture featuring Anooradha Iyer Siddiqi, Assistant Professor of Architecture at Columbia University’s Barnard College. Her engaging and thought-provoking talk will explore autonomy and authorship – two concepts with a long history in architectural practice and discourse – in the architectural work at the UNHCR-administered refugee camps in Dadaab, Kenya. During this examination, the lecture will encourage audience members to think through concepts of building, gender, expertise, and authority.

The 2022-23 R.K. Teetzel Lecture is being held in-person at University College, as well as streaming live online for home viewers.
