The University of Toronto’s Frank Iacobucci Centre for Italian-Canadian Studies, in collaboration with ACCENTi Magazine, is pleased to invite you to an in-person celebration of LGBTQ+ Italian-Canadian culture.
The screening of the 28-minute documentary film Creative Spaces: Queer and Italian Canadian (Licia Canton, 2021) will be followed by a discussion about the intersections of queerness, creativity, and culture.
With Elena Basile, Anna Camilleri, Paul Coccia, Licia Canton, Liana Cusmano, Paolo Frascà, Elio Iannacci and Giovanna Lisena. With the support of The Writers’ Union of Canada and the Canada Council for the Arts.
