Francesca Econimo (Ph.D. 2021, Scuola Normale Superiore (Pisa, Italy) Classical Studies) is a scholar of philological, linguistic, and historical Classics, whose focus is on Roman literature, in particular Flavian epic poetry. She has published numerous articles in both Italian and English.

Chris Miller (PhD Religious Studies, University of Waterloo) is a sociologist of religion. His research explores how academic sub-fields develop and how marginal communities interact with research. His current projects examine death, dying, and nonreligion, through analyses of obituaries, Death Cafés, and green burials.

Karina Vernon researches and teaches in the areas of Canadian and Black Canadian literature, archives, critical pedagogy, and Black-Indigenous relations. She is editor of The Black Prairie Archives: An Anthology (WLUP 2020) and a companion volume, Critical Readings in the Black Prairie Archives, which is forthcoming.

Ato Kwamena Onoma (PhD, Northwestern University) is a Professor in the Department of Political Science. His current work examines mobility, identity, belonging, and inter-communal relations through the prisms of epidemics and phobia, and the faith-based segregation of interment spaces.
